This charming 3 bedroom villa is located in the traditional fishing village of Moraira. The villa is in a very peaceful residential area with a wide range of amenities in the vicinity. Moraira town centre and the main sandy beach – L’Ampolla – are an easy 10-15 minute walk away.

The villa is set within a small and private community, where the majority are permanent residents. All of these properties share access to a beautiful communal swimming pool, outside showers, large pool terrace and landscaped gardens.

The house itself has off-road private parking for one vehicle. A few steps lead up to the property itself, which is all on one level.

The naya at the front of the property has a dining table and chairs. This leads through to the spacious open- plan living area, with feature fireplace and UK satellite TV. The modern kitchen has only recently been updated and is fully equipped with all mod-cons including gas hob, microwave, washing-machine and fridge freezer.

The hallway leads off from the lounge and from here you can access the bedrooms and the bathroom. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep 5 in total – one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed. The bathroom has also been recently updated and features a walk-in shower, wash-basin with vanity unit and w/c.

The large private terrace (overlooking the swimming pool and garden) to the rear of the property is the ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach. There is a BBQ, sun beds and an outdoor table and chairs.

Moraira has a wealth of charm and beauty. The surrounding area has stunning scenery combined with sandy beaches, blue seas and rocky coves and over 325 days of sunshine a year. Moraira is within easy reach of theme parks such as Tierra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar. The town has a wide variety of quality shops, bars and restaurants plus the weekly Friday market where local produce is on sale. The Moors and Christians fiestas are held locally with spectacular costumes, parades and battles held in June/July with processions and firework displays. Moraira has sandy beaches with shallow waters ideal for children.

Under the new management we recently refurbished the property with a new kitchen, additional air-con units, super-fast internet and all new linen and towelling. There are 3 air-con units, one in the living room, one in the master bedroom and one in the double room. Stand alone fans are also provided.

To secure a booking there is a 30% non-refundable deposit with the remainder payable 12 weeks prior to arrival. There is also a £200 damage deposit to be paid with the balance, this is returned after satisfactory inspection.
